Amazing Service June 22nd, 2010

I shopped around for storage for a few days and I visited 4 in the Mississauga area. iStor was the 4rd on my list. I was very surprised at the difference in the level of service and quality of the storage itself as well as the ladies that work there. I had the pleasure of meeting the Manager Kelly and the Assistant Manager Leesa. Both were so amazing though the entire visit. They offered me a coffee before I got a tour of the units. I was thrilled at the cleanliness and level of security at iStor. It was an easy decision to rent there. I also paid up for 10 months and they gave me 2 months FREE!

I have been renting a unit at istore for several months and the customer service is excellent! The staff have been very professional and very helpful. The facility is very clean and
new compared to others I have seen.

I would highly recommend it to anyone and there is always fresh coffee and cookies available!!

My experience at iStor March 9th, 2010

I was going through a transition in my life, and I found myself in a situation that required storage. I rented a unit at iStor, and during which was a difficult time already, a stressful time in my life. With the assistance of the staff being helpful and courteous they made my transition alot less stressful. The facility was very clean and convient. I would definetly recommend them to my friends and would definetly use their facility again should the need arise. Christine B
