Different sewer pipe replacements over a number of years

Replacement of 5 ft. section of broken pipe.
Had drain backup in our parking garage and called Drainworks. Jeremy Harris showed up within 1 hr. and assessed what needed to be done. The quote was submitted and the next day Lou Spada and the dig crew showed to start the work. They had the work done that day and the next day they came in and jetted the storm line in parking garage to clear the debris buildup and make sure all the sediment had been cleared. Backed up sewer pipe in basement.
Truck arrived in 90 minutes. The man found the blockage, found my buried old sewage access cap, carefully opened the cap, cleared the blockage under the city street, showed me the entire sewage pipe on TV, and advised on a "small" tree root just starting to invade. All in little time and for "little" money.

Sluggish toilet
Third time I've used DrainWorks, and will never call a different plumbing company. Every time, pleasant technicians with good communication skills. They always charge what was outlined before the job started. And, their dispatch always calls to update estimated time of arrival. Today, Jeremy advised solutions to my sluggish toilet. Although he came to check my drains (which were clear), reinstalled my toilet at no extra charge in order to see if it was working better.

Complete pipe replacement (interior / exterior).
Simply put, these guys "get it". From customer service, to advice, to getting the job done quick, clean and right. We had a disastrous situation on our hands with sewage backing up into our basement due to tree roots in our pipes. We had to replace about 40-60 feet of pipe both interior and exterior. Replacement of drain pipes
My wife and I live in East York, in an older house. The toilet in the guest bathroom backed up in to the bathtub. I called DrainWorks and scheduled an appointment the same day. Repaired sewer drain.
I am not that effusive with my praise but Armando (which includes Naz and the "digger crew") did their very best for me. Professional and efficient in every way, from initial call to settling my account, I would work with them again in a flash. My theory is that a company is the image of their CEO so in this case why not make DrainWorks the model for other organizationally challenged businesses. A little over the top maybe but that's what I think.
