Just thought I would comment on the great experience we have had with Paradise. We have always wanted a hot tub and this was a major purchase for our family. We looked extensively at other stores and other hot tubs. Have to say there is quite a selection and we got quite confused. Our first visit was to Paradise where we looked at an Arctic Spa with Larry that we really liked but we wanted to look around at other hot tubs. Hey there future Hot tub buyers
I had a paradise tub and i have to let you people know that you should not buy from them, the service is horrible. I had a service problem and i called in and left numerous messages and the owner never called me back. I feel I have to warn buyers about this company and the problems you will go through

Jacuzzi Premium Spas is THE best place to buy a hottub from no doubts. I found this out the hard way.....I used to have a Dynasty spa and the service was horrid i would call to get something fixed and never get answers or calls back finally i got rid of that tub and bought from jacuzzi and never looked back. They have water testing stations, good hot tub habbits night, and customer appreciation nights! If your in the market for a tub Look no further

I've had many hot tubs before, but my Sundance from Aqua-tech Surpasses them all! I've had it for a few months now, and couldn't be happier! Aqua-Tech made sure that everything was 100% perfect before it was delivered! The best thing was when I walked into the store, when I started inquiring, there was no pressure at all, they just gave me the information, and allowed me to make the decision. They have checked up a few times on top of that, just to make sure everything is running perfectly.

I too was impressed with the time the gentleman I dealt with at the North store provided me.
[I am involved in the service industry and pride myself on GOOD service. I recognize it when I receive it.]
He listened to my concerns and understood that I only wanted to spend enough money to run a competent new maintenance system for my tub. Spent about $80 more than I wanted to, but it was required in order to achieve what I wanted...fair enough.

We have had our Jacuzzi hot tub for almost one and a half years now and I have to share how great both the hot tub and the service have been! I have heard so many people complain about the lack of service with their hot tub that I feel that I need to inform the world that SERVICE IS NOT DEAD. We have a hottub from Spaworks and it is amazing...We go in it 3 times a week and it is totally relaxing...The staff are great to deal with and very knowlegable...If you need service work done they are there the next day in most cases...I would recommend buying a tub from Spaworks due to the great staff..The Mclennan'a.
