I have an old hot tub and often need replacement parts. I have contacted hottub essentials on many occasions and they have always been super helpful and friendly. I was sure I had a warranty issue with my spa heater I bought, but after a long phone call with a parts guy, he figured out I had installed it wrong and walked me through how to fix it. I fixed my error and it works great. Thanks guys!! I will continue to buy from them and recommend to my friends!!

I was looking for a jet that I couldn't find anywhere. I talked with them on the phone and was asked to email a picture of the 20 year old part. After a few emails back and forth, they determined they had the jet I needed. I also ordered some chemicals and filters and their prices were much lower than my local hottub store. Their service was tremendous and I would recommend them to anyone needing stuff for their hottub!

I didn't shop around, I didn't price check or compare models and count jets or speakers because I could care less. What I'm after is service. I went to Jacuzzi in the Northland Mall, Bridgette was the girl behind the counter and she was very informative and very passionate about her product and she told me all about the service. Later I went to the other store, asked about what was on sale and plunked down a deposit on a 480 tub with all the goodies. I am incapable of thinking things through...

We recently rented a hot tub from Liquid Leisure for the weekend. Very nice hard sided tubs that have LED lighting, cup holders and lots of jets. Much nicer than other hot tubs that we have rented in the past and for a better price. Delivery was right on time and they were very knowledgeable about their hot tubs. Great service, excellent tubs. Will definitely book with them again!

My wife and I have always wanted a hot tub however every time we went shopping, we were turned off by all the pushy sales people and lack of customer service.
Then we came across Aqua Advantage. We were blow away by how different they were/are. For example when we phone they answer, when we walk in the door we are always greeted kindly, we actually get answers to any questions we have....the list goes on.
My wife and I went back to Aqua Advantage a few time before we made our big purchase...

I have bought many products from Paradise Bay over the years. I have purchased 2 hot tubs, a Treager BBQ, a sauna this winter and have had nothing but professional and courteous service. Chris has always been pleasant to deal with whenever we have had hiccups with our hot tub and has always had repairs done pronto.
