Carrier Furnace

I recently had a Carrier Furnace installed by fagnans. My wife and i where very pleased with there service. they arrived by 930 am as told...and worked untill 730pm. very clean cut and well mannered men. The next day the owners son stopped by and did a setup on the furnace and explained all details. So far my furnace runs great and is very quite. its called the carrier infinity. I will recommend them too all.

I learned about Cozy Comfort Plus from my brother. He had installed a carrier furnace, air-conditioner and some other acceceries for his home comfort. He was very satisfied with the work and their services after instllation. They also installed the same Carrier heating and cooling system for me two years ago. I have not had any problem since the istallation and I am very happy to make this decision to buy my central air system from Cozy Cpmfort Plus.My brother and I took their extended warranty...

2005 Maytag High Eff furnace...good install, very good after hour service for a faulty pressure switch on Jan 1 and 2, 2010. Got a surprise when told that a $125.00 service call charge applied due to a yearly requirement. This yearly requirement was never discussed or shown and does not exist in the product sheet details for warantee or on the Fagnan's invoices.

I was a little cautious to deal with Direct Energy. But the sales rep was very informative and saved me several hundred dollars over a competitors quote. I would have paid for things I didn't need. Not to mention the energy savings I'll get with the new more efficient furnace and air conditioning unit. Installation was perfect, on schedule, and very quick. I would recommend Direct Energy to anyone.

I scheduled routine furnace maintenance, and the young man (Jordan) who came out was on time, clean, professional, patient with all my questions, did a couple of little things for me that he didn't have to, and clearly knew his stuff. Very trust-inspiring. So...I'm going to buy a hot water heater from them.

I just got a hot water tank installed and the furnace company did a superior job. we've used another company in the past and I would highly reccommend the furnace company over anyone else.
Also the furnace company DOES NOT carrry Navien hot water tanks anymore.... we got a Bradford White tank. AWESOME!!! Hot water all the time!!!!

No Problems

We had a Maytag High Eff furnace and an air conditioner installed about 4 yrs ago and we have not had any problems. The first year we used our air conditioner we had a problem with it but Fagnan's was right out to fix it and we haven't had any problems with it since. I have never had any problems getting someone out when we had our old furnace whether it was during reg hours or after hrs. Fagnan's is the only ones that I call.

I just had a new Lennox XC13 air-conditioner and Lennox humidifier put in. Just last week. The two men were curtious and hard working. Very willing to put in the time to go a good job (almsot 5 hours). No rush job. Were respectful of my new hardwood floor by removing boots. And requesting permission to walk into my living room to touch my thermostat. Many other tradespeople I've had come in almost made themselves at home. I highly Recommend Dave's services. I recently had a new Air Conditioning unit installed in my home. Dave was courteous, friendly and most importantly knowledgeable.
