Joe was great - installed quickly (dude works fast) and was great with any questions.
I now have both cars in the garage - the racks are really nice.

Overhead Racks January 11th, 2011
Urban Garage was just Awesome. I had installed two 4 x 8 Overhead Racks and I could not be any more happier with the outcome as they turned out better than I would have imagined. The owner Michael had an open line of communication and thus kept me up to date on the status of my order as well as to alleviate any concerns I had. He was very professional and pleasant to work with. The installer Joe was efficient, clean, respectful, and most importantly took the time to make sure the installation would be 100% safe before starting the job. It was obvious he took pride in his work as it clearly shows in the finished product. Mike even came out to my house to look at the finished product, answer any further questions I had, and as a coomon courtesy to meet me face to face. This is over and above the required customer service. I highly recommend these guys to anyone and I definitely plan on using them again in the future. I love showing off the overhead racks to my friends and family.

I purchased a Gladiator powerstrip from Michael at Urban Garage after other suppliers who advertised it could not actually supply the powerstrip. Service was great.

I have completed a number of home improvement projects over the years yet, there are very few times that I can recall the end result being even better than I had expected. Spending money to make my garage look great wasn’t really a top priority so I was a bit hesitant when I made calls to gather information and pricing from a number of vendors. After speaking to Michael it quickly became apparent that Urban Garage was the right choice for me if I were to go ahead with it. Michael took the time to provide me with all the information I needed to make an informed decision and without any pressure or overselling. He promptly returned calls and followed through on every agreed to arrangement.
Joe is a true professional and completed the work with the highest quality. Quite honestly, he is a perfectionist. Joe has reminded me that there are still a few skilled craftsmen that take pride in their work and are willing to discuss possible options with their clients rather than just doing what’s quick and easy. My garage makeover was completed on time, on budget and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Urban Garage to anyone wanting to convert their space into something that’s clean, organized and now the envy of the neighbours.

We moved in our new home with our young son and it took little time for the 2 car garage to get fill up and clutered with tools, toys, etc...
We contacted Urban Garage for solutions and Mike was extremely helpful in providing us with diffented options available to us.
The materials/products they use is of quality just like their work. They take the time to do things right.

Urban Garage May 4th, 2010
After moving into a home with a pristine garage, it quickly became cluttered and too small for a car. We knew we needed to do something to get organized. Urban Garage helped us get it all together and now we can park our car inside.
Mike and Joe listened to our needs and they were able to put together a plan that answered all of our requests. I have a spot for my tools and garden supplies, the kids have a shelf for their toys and we now have some overhead storage that took stuff off the floor to allow for the car.
We would highly recommend Mike and Joe at Urban Garage, they are professional, courteous and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
