we purchased our Preverco hardwood from John & Cindy at Spectrum Flooring, and after much shopping around we were delighted to find them. I have never felt more taken care of with such a large purchase than with Spectrum. We created such a great client/retailer bond, which I thought was lost with all of the huge box stores and their lack of customer service skills. Thanks John & Cindy.

After visiting several carpet and big box stores and not getting much help, I tried Comfort Carpet. They were very helpful and I found exactly what I wanted at the right price. It was promised to me within the next week but completed and ready for me that day. I'm very happy with the product and the service.

its very important to have good installation to avoid creaking noise, whatever product u install it will crack with a bad installation process, moisture control is a must to avoid trouble too, have buy preverco wood n no trouble here, look good, color spread evenly, no cracking at all great stuff

I have 600 SF of Ash Espresso in my house I have 3 aggressive young boys and my wood still looks great... when clean. The people at Preverco do a fine job. The products finish kills the competition in smoothness and durability. It's an absolute pleasure to look at my wood every day. A+++

Larry, the owner at Clarkson Hall is wonderful to deal with. Not only are his prices the best around, he is honest and provides great service. I had a couple of other companies come in to measure my house and both insisted that I required more carpet then Larry did. Apparently this is common in the industry. Had I gone with them, I would have paid for yards of carpet that I didn't need. I never would have known this if I didn't have Larry measure as well!!! It's now the only flooring store...
