I was at a loss ... went to Reliable Parts, the staff were excellent, and very knowledgable They managed to find a part for my stove, saved my husband and I some money. I would suggest going there to all of my friends, family and co-workers.

Very pleased with the service. Sales consultant, J. Giorgio, kept us informed about the delays in delivery of the Panasonic microwave ovens which were still in production in Japan! He even offered to return the deposit if we found another supplier! We decided to wait and finally the oven arrived and was promptly delivered.
The delivery men were somewhat but not totally helpful in installing the oven in our kitchen. They did remove the packaging but would not take our old microwave for...

We have dealt with Knapps on several occasions, purchasing used appliances for our rental property. They have an excellent supply of appliances - very clean, no problems whatsoever. And the staff is extremely nice and knowledgeable. I have no problem recommending Knapps to anyone and have many times in the past.

My wife and I have had a very good shopping experience at Caplan’s over the last eight years. Moreover, I think that it is important to develop a working relationship with a sales consultant. The sales consultant(Vince Paolucci) we deal with maintains a very good understanding of current product knowledge. Over the past years when issues did arise with a product that was no longer under warranty the staff at Caplan’s were more than willing to make recommendations or to direct me to a third...
