SAFETECH ALARM - FLAWLESS February 8th, 2010
I see a couple reviews that aren't so great, which motivated me to write this review. My experience with Safetech has been completely positive. They installed our alarm system about 18 months ago for our four bedroom home in central Toronto. The sales guy was friendly and honest about what we needed, and even steered us away from an expensive upsell. When I showed him a quote from another company, he explained the differences, and took the time to compare the actual equipment that would be installed in each case. What sold me were three of my friends and a co-worker who all use Safetech and had nothing but great things to say.
The installers were courteous, and when the installation proved to be difficult due to a mess of existing wiring in one of my walls, they still got the job done without problems. It was clean, without extra holes or anything like that. The cameras all work great, and everything was done in a single visit, for the price quoted. No issues with the monitoring.
good local company February 6th, 2010
We are happy to find a local alarm company in Safe Tech. We found to many companies that aren't in Toronto. A real person was available when we called to answer all of my questions and give us pricing over the phone. Most companies we called only wanted to make an appointment but wouldn't give any pricing. Safe Tech didn't have all the hidden fees. I didn't like the 3 year contract but that seemed to be what everyone was offering. Our neighbour is using them and they said they did a good job with the wireless alarm they had put in. Everything was install so quick and looks great. It makes sence to me to support a company that local. I would recommend them to my friends and family for security.
safetech alarms February 6th, 2010
I recently had a malfunction with my alarm system. Safetech's office personnel (Sharon) and their installer (Igor)were professional and provided immediate assistance to correct the problem. From the initial contact, the installation, and ensuing service, I have had nothing but positive interaction with this company.
