We are happy to find a local alarm company in Safe Tech. We found to many companies that aren't in Toronto. A real person was available when we called to answer all of my questions and give us pricing over the phone. Most companies we called only wanted to make an appointment but wouldn't give any pricing. Safe Tech didn't have all the hidden fees. I didn't like the 3 year contract but that seemed to be what everyone was offering. Our neighbour is using them and they said they did a good job...

I recently had a malfunction with my alarm system. Safetech's office personnel (Sharon) and their installer (Igor)were professional and provided immediate assistance to correct the problem. From the initial contact, the installation, and ensuing service, I have had nothing but positive interaction with this company.

API Alarm is EXCELLENT!!!! June 9th, 2009

The staff at api are very friendly and professional. Unlike many alarm companies, they know what they are talking about! They are also one of the few alarm companies with their own monitoring station which ensures the best service. I have been with api for 10 years and will never use anyone else.

These guys are professional, no pressure sale, coordinated well, even worked around other trades bad scheduling and did a great job to the end. We are opening 3 more facility's outside of Alberta and would use Nexus any time if they were in other provinces. All in all, very satisfied.
